Sail Bag.
Sail Bag was born from a conceptual redesign of an existing sling bag. Made from a retired boat sail.
Spring/Summer 2024.
Concept.
As part of a textile project in my degree program, I took an existing bag that I owned and conceptualized various redesigns.
Functional Prototype.
I continued to develop one of the concepts, creating a technical drawing, hand drafting a pattern, and constructing a functional prototype.
